okey.. i don't know about what dispersia you are talking..

i just want to train my players in this variant

Settings-Main-Defender i set to DEF40% PAS20% TEC20% AGR20%
and my defender skills is: 150/70/70/70 or 140/70/70/70
recomended practice need to be PAS,TEC or AGR

how can i get it?

I get a "second fill" error when loading up, and all my players are recommended to do either defense as training or, if they're goalies, goalie training. Also, nothing shows up in the squad page.
